She's home now, and stuck here, and inevitably runs into her ex boyfriend from high school, Jay's character. He's still bitter about how their relationship ended [with her running off to NYC without telling him, he assumed they'd get married]. We can work on it from there? Jillian/Emma Stone - - A blonde female with blue/green eyes... Her sister -- Followed her to Penton after Jill slips up and sends her a text one night, telling her where she's moved to. Tries to convince Jillian to move back to Penton for her child, unaware of how abusive her ex was. She was here when her ex came back the first time to get Jillian to move back, and realized how toxic the relationship was when he got aggressive with Jillian in Penton. - - 25+ year old male, ex: Ryan Gosling, Tom Hardy, Luke Bryan, Ryan Reynolds, Josh Duhamel Her ex -- Followed Jillian's sister to Penton after he hears through the grapevine at home that she's been in contact with Jill since she ran off. He comes to town in the middle of the night, with their child, and tries to demand that Jill comes back with him. She refused, and he got violent. Before the cops could come, he ran off with their child and hasn't been heard from since. But... months later... he's back. - - Andrew Garfield The new guy -- He was the one who called the cops on her ex when he got out of hand the night he came to Penton. They had been friends and so he followed Jillian when she went to meet with her ex, and basically saved her from getting seriously injured. They could be dating casually now, and be really good friends. He knows she's still to wary to commit.
