robbie amell -- brother & partner in crime. "stiles" is more of a crooked cop (which his partner doesn't know), him and his brother run a drug dealing business out of his brother's apartment. joy, his partner, doesn't like his brother; but stiles will do anything to protect him and keep joy off his tail.. he doesn't have just his brother's freedom at risk, but his own reputation.
katie cassidy, emily beck rickards, etc (aka anyone) -- on & off again girlfriend, drug addict, pretty much the bad influence in his life. he's gotten clean a few times, specifically during college and at the academy, when he was away from her. they've broken up and gotten back together more times then anyone can count and their last break up was pretty rocky. she's just a bad girl, really. we can work on their background more together -- and their future.
